Job Description
NC Health Partners NC Health Partners is seeking a Master's level Therapist to provide intensive, community-based treatment to youth (ages 12-17) and their families. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) experience is preferred, but not required. Position Overview Provide intensive, in-home clinical services to a caseload of 5-6 families Deliver MST services 3 times per week using evidence-based interventions Empower caregivers to address behavioral challenges and support long-term change Address youth needs across home, school, and community settings Key Responsibilities Engage families, caregivers, and support systems (schools, DSS, probation) in treatment Analyze comprehensive assessments to guide clinical interventions Participate in weekly supervision, case planning, and team collaboration Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (strict deadlines required) Work effectively with diverse youth and families Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Strong clinical, engagement, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in community-based settings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must reside within 30 minutes of service area Bilingual preferred Service Area Forsyth/Guilford County/Randolph Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Holidays & PTO Ongoing supervision and professional development Additional Information This position requires travel, flexibility, strong time management, and the ability to meet documentation and service delivery expectations.
