Job Description
Community Care Network is looking for a Child Outpatient Clinician to join our team in Rutland, Vermont. The Child Outpatient Clinician makes a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Providing a full range of clinical services including assessments, treatment and service planning, care coordination, and individual, family, and group therapy , while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. The Child Outpatient Clinician collaborates closely with internal and community partners to deliver coordinated, client-centered care, and contribute to program success through staff training and professional leadership.
Child Outpatient Clinician Responsibilities:
Oversee timely and accurate completion of all billable and non-billable services and documentation within the EHR system. Actively participate in clinical supervision, bringing forward all cases for review and ensuring immediate consultation for high-risk situations (e.g., risk of harm, abuse or neglect, trauma, legal involvement, or ethical concerns). Meet established expectations for weekly clinical service delivery as defined by the Child and Family Outpatient Program Manager. Maintain an appropriate caseload in alignment with program guidelines and performance standards.Child Outpatient Clinician Qualifications:
Master's degree in a Human Services field required. Vermont state licensure required within 5 years (rostered candidates accepted per OPR guidelines). Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, and families. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with appropriate use of supervision. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while exercising sound professional judgment. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Proficient with computers, standard software, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation. Valid driver's license , reliable transportation, and auto insurance meeting Vermont state requirements. Successful completion of a criminal history background check required.Child Outpatient Clinician Benefits:
