Contract We are expanding and seeking licensed mental health clinicians in Washington State to join private practice as independent contractors . This opportunity is designed for providers seeking flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential without traditional employment constraints. What You'll Do Provide psychotherapy services to individuals across diverse clinical presentations Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) Maintain compliant clinical documentation aligned with Washington State WAC and payer standards Independently manage your schedule and caseload Collaborate through clinical staffing to meet the individual needs of each client Qualifications Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field Active WA State license (LICSW, LASW, LMHC, or LMHCA) Professional liability insurance Ability to obtain WA State and Longview business licenses Strong independent clinical judgment and case management skills Compensation $100K-$150K+ annually (fee-for-service, dependent on caseload)

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
