Clinical Case Manager•Associate License (MSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC)
Location :
Seattle office (Eastlake Ave E) + hybrid work across
King County Schedule :
Flexible hours, typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00
PM Compensation:
$72,000•85,000/year, depending on experience

What You'll Do As a Clinical Case Manager at redpoint, you'll work one-on-one with clients in a variety of settings — at our Seattle office, in their homes, in the community, or via Telehealth. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team helping clients achieve goals related to: Mental and behavioral health Relationships and communication Self-expression and identity Vocational and educational success Life skills and independence
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing coaching and support tailored to each client's goals Assisting with advocacy, benefits navigation, and personal development Coordinating care with other providers (e.g., psychiatrists, therapists, community resources) Facilitating family meetings and managing related communications Maintaining accurate documentation and handling confidential information with care
What We're Looking For:
Associate-level license in Washington State (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC) 2+ years of experience in healthcare or social services (practicum experience accepted) Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Familiarity with community resources, including state and federal benefits Reliable transportation and a valid WA State Driver's License Experience working with young adults and adults (preferred)
