Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as an Ohio Licensed Therapist & Case Manager, where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health and case management services to diverse populations. You will be instrumental in delivering evidence-based therapies, conducting thorough assessments, and coordinating care plans that promote healing and resilience. Duties Conduct initial intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately determine client needs. Provide individual and group therapy sessions Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and stability during emergencies. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals, integrating evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, and addiction counseling. Manage case documentation meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including medical records, progress notes, and treatment summaries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across various settings. Engage in clinical research activities when applicable, contributing to data collection efforts that enhance service quality and outcomes. Requirements Valid Ohio license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or equivalent clinical license. Proven experience working with adolescents and adults. Strong skills in psychotherapy techniques. Demonstrated ability in crisis management, crisis intervention, behavior management and working effectively with individuals experiencing trauma or chronic pain. Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, medical terminology, and medical documentation standards. Experience delivering services via telehealth platforms is preferred; must be comfortable with virtual client engagement. Knowledge of social work principles combined with a compassionate approach to patient care across diverse populations. Excellent communication skills for intake interviews, patient assessment discussions, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
