As a Data Quality Lead, you will be part of the Medical Data Management Department supporting clinical research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

South San Francisco, California What's the Job? Manage all study life-cycle activities across various complex clinical studies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Design and implement innovative, fit-for-purpose data management solutions aligned with F.A.I.R. principles. Partner with external vendors, CROs, and internal teams to oversee data transfer agreements and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct high-level review of data using visualization and statistical tools to identify anomalies and outliers. Provide guidance and technical oversight to data management teams and stakeholders, influencing best practices and innovative solutions. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in computer science, life sciences, statistics, informatics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management, with proficiency in CRF design and query resolution. Experience leading data management teams and managing all study activities from start-up to close-out. Working knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and CDISC data standards. Strong understanding of various clinical data types and their relationship to analysis, along with biological principles. What's in it for me?
