About this position The Manager of Clinical Integration and Analytics leads the personnel, processes, and technology required to deliver evidence-based care across North Memorial Health. By optimizing clinical workflows and data infrastructure, this leader ensures continuous improvement in patient outcomes, hospital and clinic operations, and overall financial performance. Working collaboratively with physician leaders, operational partners, analytics teams, and quality stakeholders, the Manager ensures that care delivery models for prioritized acute and chronic conditions are standardized, measurable, and continuously managed using proven methodologies such as the IHI Model for Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma. Requirements Education- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, data analytics, or a related field, required.
- Master's degree (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA, MSN, MS in Analytics or related field). Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality, clinical integration, analytics, performance improvement, or care redesign.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing people.
- Working knowledge of clinical analytics, quality metrics, and healthcare data sources.
- Proven ability to apply improvement methodologies (IHI Model for Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience partnering closely with physician leaders and medical staff.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or formal quality improvement training.
- Experience with population health, value based care, or system wide clinical standardization efforts.
