$43.59 - $56.66 / hour Summary We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Advanced Application Analyst to support and enhance pharmacy-related functionality within the Epic EMR environment. This role is responsible for system maintenance, user support, solution design, and implementation of enhancements that improve clinical and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on experience with Epic Willow and pharmacy systems. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality solutions, supporting upgrades and go-lives, and contributing to cross-functional project teams. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, support, test, and implement solutions within the Epic Willow pharmacy application Analyze business and clinical needs to design effective system solutions Develop and execute functional system specifications using structured methodologies Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned projects and departmental initiatives Create test scripts, perform system and integration testing, and support application upgrades and go-lives Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for pharmacy-related Epic functionality Contribute to project planning, execution, and continuous improvement efforts
Minimum Requirements Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical systems, or
IT Certification:
Epic Willow Certification or Proficiency Location:
Must reside in the Fort Myers, FL area or be willing to relocate Preferred Qualifications Experience with inpatient pharmacy workflows (clinical experience may be considered in lieu of Epic certification) Familiarity with Pyxis automated dispensing systems Experience leading or contributing to IT projects or project workstreams Key Skills & Attributes Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Effective time management and organizational skills Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality Flexible and open to change
