Job Description:
Communicates training plans and progress to leadership and other stakeholders. Manages training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and venue arrangements. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all training activities. Develops comprehensive training strategies tailored to the needs of over 60,000 team members. Designs and implements a detailed training schedule that accommodates various roles and departments. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify training requirements and objectives. Creates role-based training modules and scenarios to ensure effective learning experiences. Recruits, staffs, and hires trainers across clinical, revenue, and ambulatory platforms. Coordinates with Application and Security teams to ensure training content aligns with system functionality and security protocols. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Provides ongoing support and resources to trainers and trainees to facilitate continuous learning. Updates training materials and schedules as needed to reflect system updates and changes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare applications and implementation strategies [Required]
  • Ability to lead the activities of other leaders to meet deadlines and resolve problems. [Required]
  • Expert level presentation, verbal and written communication skills [Required]
  • Excellent project and process management skills with proven ability to complete large and complex projects on time or ahead of schedule [Required]
  • Capable of solving complex problems quickly and accurately [Required]
Education:
  • Bachelor's [Required]
  • Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
  • in Healthcare, Nursing, Education or equivalent work experience
Work Experience:
  • 1+ experience with authoring tools (i.e. captivate, articulate) [Preferred]
  • 2+ learning management system experience (lms) i.e. netlearning [Preferred]
  • 3+ management experience [Required]
  • 3+ training experience in a healthcare it environment required [Required]
  • 5+ experience with clinical/technical system application implementation [Required]
  • 5+ operations/it leadership [Required]
  • 7+ progressive administrative responsibilities [Required]
  • Experience with EPIC train domains [Preferred]
  • Implementation/ Super User experience methodology [Preferred]
  • Recognized expert in IT Strategic Planning [Preferred]
