Director of IT Position Overview First Choice Primary Care, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) Superuser to serve as the organization's internal EHR expert. This role is responsible for optimizing system performance, supporting clinical and operational workflows, and training staff to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of eCW with a practical understanding of clinical operations and a passion for improving provider efficiency and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary subject matter expert for eClinicalWorks across all sites Optimize workflows for providers, medical assistants, and front desk staff Develop and maintain templates, order sets, and documentation tools Train new and existing staff on eCW workflows and best practices Monitor and improve chart completion and documentation quality Support clinical quality initiatives, including UDS measures and value-based care Collaborate with IT and Revenue Cycle teams to resolve system and workflow issues Assist with system updates, implementations, and process improvements Provide on-site support across locations, including school-based health centers Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (required) Experience in a healthcare setting; FQHC experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical workflows and EHR documentation Experience with quality reporting (UDS, HEDIS, or similar) preferred Ability to train staff and communicate effectively across teams Strong problem-solving and organizational skills LPN/Coding/Billing Certification PreferredSimilar jobs in Macon, GA
