JOB SUMMARY
Serve as a Clinical Informatics Analyst supporting hospital and ambulatory systems during and after Oracle Health (Cerner) deployments. This role ensures systems remain stable, effective, and aligned with clinical and operational workflows, bridging clinical end users and technical teams.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serve as primary on-site clinical informatics resource during and after deployments. 2. Act as liaison between clinical end users and technical/application teams. 3. Support issue triage, documentation, and resolution. 4. Evaluate workflows and recommend optimization opportunities. 5. Provide hands-on end-user support and training reinforcement. 6. Support go-live, stabilization, and post-deployment activities. 7. Document lessons learned and sustainment activities. 8. Assess clinical impact of system updates and configuration changes. 9. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department. 10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 12. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within. 13. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data

JOB SCOPE
This position focuses on clinical informatics, workflow optimization, and end-user enablement across hospital and ambulatory environments. The role requires independent judgment, strong functional expertise, and close collaboration with clinical, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
