As a Clinical Applications Analyst, you will be part of the IT Applications team supporting clinical, pharmacy, and multidisciplinary teams.

Indianapolis, IN What's the Job? Configure, support, and optimize AthenaOne EHR and other clinical applications to improve documentation workflows Partner with clinical teams to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements and solutions Manage support tickets and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction Execute system configuration, user provisioning, and application setup within SaaS platforms Run reports, audits, and participate in change management and project delivery What's Needed? 4-8 years of experience administering clinical information systems (or equivalent combination of experience and education) AthenaClinicals Specialist Certification plus at least one additional athenaOne certification Strong knowledge of EHR configuration (templates, workflows, user setup, interfaces, and documentation tools) Experience with clinical workflows and collaboration with clinical or healthcare teams Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with ability to work independently If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
