Job Description
Epic Application Analyst (Virtual Care) The Epic Application Analyst (Virtual Care) is responsible for the implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of Epic Virtual Care applications. This role partners with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure telehealth and digital care solutions support efficient, high-quality patient care. The Analyst works closely with stakeholders to design workflows, support system enhancements, and provide end-user support to drive adoption and effective use of virtual care technologies. Minimum Qualifications Two years of experience in a clinical role, healthcare IT, clinical systems, application support, or a related field required. Experience in a clinical professional or support role preferred. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems required; Epic experience preferred. Experience with telehealth, virtual care platforms, or patient-facing technologies preferred. Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, Business, or a related field required; or Associate s degree with two years of related experience. Epic certification in Virtual Care applications required or must be obtained within a defined timeframe after hire.
