Summary Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Clinical Informatic Analyst I to join our team in Louisville, KY! Under general direction, uses principles from clinical and analytical sciences to identify, define, manage andcommunicate data and information, in the clinical practice setting. Responsible for application and integration ofinformation technology in the healthcare setting. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, testing, trainingand support. Applies clinical knowledge to review system build for most efficient workflows and safety.Educates clinical staff on the use of the clinical systems using principles of adult learning. Works to optimizesystem use. The position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system designwith operational processes.
