Epic Tapestry Analyst Role Overview:
The Epic Tapestry Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic Tapestry module, ensuring seamless integration with healthcare systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, test, and maintain Epic Tapestry functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system workflows. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support. Perform data analysis and generate reports for decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. Train end-users and document system processes.
Qualifications:
Epic Tapestry certification (preferred or required). Experience with Epic Tapestry configuration and support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and managed care workflows. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
