Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our pain management team. Your expertise will support diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education, ensuring exceptional quality of care. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing healthcare outcomes through innovative practices and compassionate service. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history reviews to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Manage complex cases involving acute and chronic pain management, Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as NextGen to document medical records accurately and efficiently. Skills Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems such as NextGen for documentation and order entry. Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10 coding for accurate billing and documentation. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
