Nurse Implementation Specialist

LOCATION

Cincinnati or Indianapolis Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Nursing 0-3 years of relevant experience in implementation, clinical support, training, or customer-facing roles Experience in healthcare environments or with clinical workflows is a plus Core Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver standardized trainings and in-services clearly and confidently Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet documentation deadlines (e.g., within 24-48 hours) High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in clinical documentation and adherence to standard materials Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal partners Ability to follow structured processes while developing independent judgment over time Execution & Learning Agility Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly Comfortable working under guidance while building foundational skills Ability to absorb feedback and apply it to improve performance Problem Solving & Communication Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately Clear and concise communicator, especially when reporting challenges or risks Ability to anticipate needs and prepare proactively as experience grows Team & Collaboration Reliable team player with a strong sense of accountability Willingness to actively seek feedback and continuously improve Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support successful go-live events Additional Requirements Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75-90%) Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
