Job Description

Modern Physician-Led Practice | ‹Hybrid Fee-for-Service & Membership Model | Technology-Enabled Care Company & MissionWe are a physician-led, forward-thinking healthcare practice supported by a venture-backed technology partner focused on advancing the future of personalized medicine.

Our model is built around a simple idea: healthcare should continuously improve with every patient interaction. By combining a hybrid care model with modern technology and data-driven insights, we aim to deliver more proactive, personalized, and efficient care.

Through this approach, we are able to streamline administrative workflows, reduce operational burden on providers, and enhance patient engagement—allowing clinicians to focus more on high-quality care and informed decision-making.

Our goal is to build a more responsive, outcomes-driven care model that supports both patients and providers at every step.
