DAY TO DAY AS A AUTHORIZATIONS SPECIALIST
As a new Full Time Authorizations Specialist at RadX Inc., you will begin your day by reviewing patient requests for medical services and verifying the necessary documentation. You'll be responsible for communicating with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain timely authorizations, ensuring compliance with all protocols. Daily, you'll document conversations and status updates in our system, maintaining meticulous records to support accurate processing. Collaborating closely with team members, you'll participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with our processes and best practices. Expect to engage in problem-solving discussions, addressing any issues that arise during the authorization process. Throughout your day, you'll prioritize patient safety and empathetic communication, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values.
