Role description Role ObjectiveProvide clinical and operational authority to ensure CTA and AI workflows align with real world trial activation practices.

Key Responsibilities 1. Validate AI outputs and system behavior against CTA workflows.2. Guide protocol interpretation and eligibility criteria understanding.3. Advise on IRB and ancillary committee review processes.4. Identify edge cases and exceptions in trial activation.5. Ensure clinical appropriateness of automated outputs.6. Support UAT and clinical sign off activities.7. Contribute to change management and adoption planning.8. Train stakeholders on new CTA workflows and tools.9. Provide feedback for continuous AI and workflow improvement.10. Act as bridge between clinical teams and technical teams.11. Support governance and regulatory review discussions.12. Help define future CTA scope and enhancements.
