Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Analyst to provide ongoing support, build, and maintenance of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Epic Clinical Documentation workflows and hands-on healthcare IT experience.
Note:
Only Epic-certified candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support, build, and maintenance for Epic Clinical Documentation modules Support workflows related to nursing, therapies (PT/OT/SLP/Rehab), behavioral health, and long-term care Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and implement system enhancements Perform system testing, validation, and end-user support during Epic build, upgrades, and go-live activities Assist with user training and at-the-elbow support for clinical documentation teams Troubleshoot issues through ticketing systems and provide timely resolution or escalation Support compliance and regulatory documentation standards Work closely with other Epic module teams to ensure seamless workflow integration
Required Skills:
Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Certification (Mandatory) Strong experience in Epic implementation and production support Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows in healthcare environments Ability to analyze workflow requirements and translate them into Epic build/configuration Hands-on experience as an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst or Builder Experience with system testing, upgrades, and go-live support
Preferred Skills:
Epic Behavioral Health (BH) Certification Epic Long-Term Care (LTC) Certification Experience supporting Behavioral Health and Long-Term Care workflows
