Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team as an HST (Home Sleep Test) Office Coordinator, where your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care and efficient medical record management. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients, healthcare providers, manage, electronic health records, and support clinical operations. Duties Assist medical professionals by preparing patient charts and updating electronic health record (EHR) systems with accurate and timely information Manage and organize medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations Schedule patient appointments, and setup/supply/send out Home Sleep Tests (HSTs) Utilize EHR systems to document patient encounters, test results, and treatment plans precisely Support Clinical staff by verifying insurance information and processing billing documentation Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret and input data into records Ensure all documentation adheres to legal standards and organizational policies for record keeping Qualifications Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred Proficiency with EHR systems and familiarity with digital record management tools Strong knowledge of medical terminology to facilitate to accurate documentation and communication Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medical records and data entry Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and patients
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.50 per hour
