The client is looking for a Senior Epic Applications Informaticist who can bridge the gap between clinical operations, healthcare workflows, and technology systems . Clinical workflows Revenue cycle processes Healthcare operations Data/reporting End-user support Application optimization Core Focus Areas 1. Epic Application Expertise The candidate should: Support and optimize Epic applications Handle configuration/troubleshooting Support upgrades and implementations Understand Epic workflows deeply Most important: Epic Ambulatory certification/credentialing 2. Healthcare Workflow Knowledge The client wants someone who understands: Clinical operations Front-office/revenue cycle Scheduling/workflows Patient flow Healthcare documentation 3.
