Epicor SME Our client is a regional leader in the retail and import industry. They are currently seeking an Epicor SME to join their team to support, enhance, and optimize their Epicor Kinetic ERP system. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is an intricate role for the company and will report to the President. Responsibilities of the
Epicor SME:
Serve as the primary Epicor ERP SME Support and maintain Kinetic (on prem) environment End user training and troubleshooting Design, develop, and maintain Epicor customizations, BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, reports, and integrations Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and implementations of new Epicor functionality Data conversions SQL queries Continuous improvement Benefits of joining this organization: Competitive salary Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Holidays and vacation 2-3 weeks PTO Requirements for the
Epicor SME:
Hands on experience with Epicor Kinetic (on prem) BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, Application Studio for customizations, APIs SSRS reporting Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments Experience with user training, support, and ongoing ERP best practices Compensation - $110,000 - $120,000 annually
