$91,002.41•$136,492.79 annually Comprehensive benefits package included Position Summary The Epic Application Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of Epic patient access applications. This role serves as a key resource for Epic ADT and Prelude functionality, supporting patient access, patient movement, transport, and environmental services workflows. The analyst collaborates with operational and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency, enhance system functionality, and support initiatives that improve patient care and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Provide build, configuration, and maintenance support for Epic ADT and Prelude applications Support patient access, patient movement, transport, and EVS workflows across the organization Gather requirements and collaborate with operational leaders and IT teams on system enhancements and projects Design, build, test, and implement Epic system changes and enhancements Create test plans, execute testing, document results, and manage production migrations through change management processes Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement Participate in governance meetings and present enhancement opportunities for approval Provide go-live support for new implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely customer support to end users Coordinate vendor activities including software installations, hardware implementations, and integration testing Create and maintain workflow documentation, build specifications, and user support materials Develop reports, dashboards, and Workbench reporting solutions as requested Assist with downtime planning, disaster recovery activities, security initiatives, and policy development Education & Experience Requirements Epic ADT Certification required Epic Prelude Certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of Epic build, testing, implementation, or application support experience required This is not an entry-level or training role Bachelor's degree preferred Clinical, healthcare operations, patient access, or related business experience preferred Experience supporting Epic patient access workflows strongly preferred Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Commitment to providing exceptional customer service High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information Enthusiasm for leveraging technology to improve patient care and operational efficiency Physical / Work Environment Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on computer systems Frequent use of computers, Epic applications, reporting tools, and other technology platforms Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to off-site hospital locations as needed Occasional participation in go-live support, system implementations, and operational support activities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while managing competing priorities Pay:
