You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive accurate information, timely assistance, and a positive experience that fosters trust and satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email and chat, providing clear and accurate information regarding health insurance, medical procedures, or electronic health records (EHR). Manage multiple client conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards. Utilize computer skills to navigate electronic health records (EHR) systems, data entry platforms, and other healthcare software efficiently. Assist clients with understanding medical terminology, health insurance benefits, and billing processes in a clear and empathetic manner. Handle phone call management when required, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues by analyzing data and providing detailed solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions in compliance with privacy regulations and company policies. Experience Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems such as EMR/EHR platforms. Strong knowledge of health insurance processes, medical terminology, and healthcare industry standards. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Demonstrated technical proficiency with computers, data entry tasks, and online communication tools. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and active listening. Experience managing phone calls alongside email/chat support is a plus.
Pay:
$23.89 - $28.77 per hour
