Job Description
firstPRO is seeking a Clinical Informatics Consultant that will serves as a liaison between clinical, operational, and technology teams to drive the successful design, implementation, adoption, and optimization of healthcare technologies across the enterprise. This is a 12 month contract position. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3-5+ years of Health Informatics experience Telehealth implementation experience Remote Patient Monitoring experience Clinical workflow redesign and optimization Requirements gathering and workflow documentation Healthcare operations experience Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting clinical and operational projects Key Responsibilities Partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to improve workflows and technology adoption Lead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and future-state design Facilitate stakeholder meetings, design sessions, and project updates Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements Support testing, implementation, change management, and operational readiness activities Mentor team members and help establish workflow standards and best practices Drive initiatives focused on quality improvement, efficiency, and patient care outcomes Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of nursing, clinical, or healthcare operations experience Epic experience Ambulatory, pediatric, or virtual care experience Digital patient engagement, Hospital-at-Home, or Virtual Nursing experience Change management and process improvement expertise Experience with AI-enabled virtual care solutions
