Ambulatory Application Analyst III

Position Overview The Applications Analyst III is accountable for production support, high availability of supported systems, project management, process improvement, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for evaluating department policies and procedures and recommending solutions to upper management. This additional role is part of our IT retention plan, giving analysts a career path/opportunity to further develop their skills within IT.

This is either because there are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities. Education/Experience Minimum Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent Three (3) years of clinical, Healthcare operations, revenue cycle, information technology or healthcare information technology experience. Epic Experience required.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields)
