Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare and data analysis, with a focus on software and AI. This role involves utilizing various databases and software systems to improve clinical processes and outcomes. ## Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvemen
- Utilize HEDIS measures to assess and enhance the quality of care provided
- Analyze clinical data to support clinical initiatives
- Assist in system design, software testing and implementation for healthcare IT projects
- Conduct research on acute care practices and medical terminology to support data analysis
- Strong medical terminology skills.
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10.
- Strong understanding of Medical Coding and Diagnosis Codes.
- Knowledge of EMR, Athena, and hospital computer system
- Strong customer service and communication skills. English language proficiency, written and spoken. ## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, or related field
- Proficiency in analyzing healthcare data and interpreting results
- Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong understanding of managed care principles
- Familiarity with system design concepts is a plus
