Your expertise will drive seamless integration of clinical workflows, enhance data management processes, and improve patient care delivery. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of EHR systems, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Collaborate with clinical staff, IT teams, and management to understand workflow requirements and tailor system functionalities accordingly. Small role in coordinating with internal migration team from legacy systems to new EHR platforms, ensuring data integrity and security. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on system features, best practices, and compliance protocols. Support ongoing system optimization by analyzing usage patterns, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements. Facilitate communication between vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and system stability. Experience Strong understanding of managed care processes, medical terminology, and clinical workflows within acute care settings. Experience managing complex projects with tight deadlines. Knowledge of IT infrastructure related to health information systems including data management best practices. Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for clinical staff; familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
