Full-Time Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Epic Applications Analyst with strong expertise supporting research-focused Epic modules and healthcare application environments. This role will collaborate with clinical, operational, and research teams to optimize Epic workflows and system functionality.
Responsibilities:
Support, maintain, and optimize Epic Research applications and workflows Configure, test, implement, and troubleshoot Epic solutions Work closely with clinical and research stakeholders to gather business requirements Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution Create documentation, workflows, and training materials Participate in system testing and validation activities Ensure compliance with healthcare and research regulations
Required Qualifications:
Epic certification in relevant modules required 4+ years of Epic application analyst experience Experience supporting research workflows within healthcare systems Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience with change management and system implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Epic Research, Beacon, or related modules Healthcare provider or hospital environment experience Knowledge of HL7 interfaces and reporting tools preferred
