We are seeking an experienced Epic Beacon Protocol Analyst to support oncology-focused initiatives, with a strong emphasis on protocol build, validation, and implementation. This role will play a key part in delivering Beacon solutions across Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Beacon protocol build and validation efforts
• Participate in full lifecycle activities including analysis, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support
• Develop and maintain workflows for Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology
• Collaborate with other Epic application teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership (Beacon Lead / Ancillary Director)
• Contribute to migration strategy and issue resolution
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project timelines
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members
• Support additional project-related tasks as needed Pay rate is $80/hour. Apply now! Required Qualifications
• Epic Beacon certification (required)
• Minimum 3+ years of Epic Beacon experience
• At least 2 full lifecycle Epic implementations, including go-live support
• Strong hands-on experience with protocol build and validation
• Experience supporting oncology workflows (Hematology/Oncology required; Radiation Oncology preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
