Months Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Analyst to support and enhance Epic EHR Clinical Documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Clin Doc build, implementation, system support, workflow analysis, testing, and end-user support in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain Epic Clinical Documentation workflows, including nursing, therapies, behavioral health, and long-term care. Gather business requirements, analyze clinical workflows, and configure Epic solutions. Perform system build, testing, validation, upgrades, and go-live support. Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure seamless workflow integration. Support clinical documentation compliance and regulatory requirements. Provide user training and ongoing application support.
Required Qualifications:
Epic Clin Doc Certification (required). 7+ years of Epic Clin Doc implementation or production support experience. Strong knowledge of clinical documentation workflows in healthcare settings. Experience with Epic configuration, workflow analysis, testing, and troubleshooting. Prior experience as an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst/Builder.
Preferred Qualifications:
Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) Certification. Experience supporting behavioral health and long-term care clinical workflows.
