  • Epic build, configuration, and optimization

    • Key Responsibilities
    • System Build & Support
    • Configure, build, and maintain
    • Epic Cupid (Cardiology) and Radiant (Radiology)
    • modules
    • Support
    • Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab workflows
    • with scalable, efficient solutions
    • Issue Resolution
    • Troubleshoot and resolve
    • complex system and data issues
    • Ensure minimal disruption to clinical workflows and operations
    • Project Delivery
    • Lead or support
    • implementation and optimization projects
    • Ensure deliverables are completed
    • on time and within scope
    • Requirements & Design
    • Partner with clinical stakeholders to
    • gather requirements and design solutions
    • Translate workflows into
    • system specifications and build
    • Testing & Validation
    • Develop and execute
    • test plans for new build and enhancements
    • Support
    • system validation and quality assurance efforts
    • Collaboration & Documentation
    • Collaborate with
    • clinical teams, IT, and leadership
    • Maintain detailed
    • documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes
    • Training & Knowledge Transfer
    • Provide
    • mentorship and knowledge sharing
    • to team members
    • Required Qualifications
    • Epic Cupid certification (required)
    • Radiant certification (required or strongly preferred)
    • Strong experience supporting
    • Cardiology and Radiology workflows
    • Hands-on expertise with
    • Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath Lab build
    • Proven experience in
    • Epic configuration, implementation, and support
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
    • Experience managing or contributing to
    • Epic projects and deliverables
    • Job Type & Location
    • This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
