• Our client is working on their Epic implementation and have a team of 20 Sr.

Epic Analysts. Day to day these resources will be consulting the team of Analysts, managing any tickets requiring support and preparing for the upcoming go live, which they will play a critical role in supporting. There will be some build, testing and go live support required for these roles. Additionally, once the first go live is completed, they will assess what needs to be tweaked, optimized and completed for the main campus and these individuals will assist with any/all build, test and support required to ensure the main campus go live is a success. Additional duties will include collaborating with various clinicians, nurses and end users to ensure workflows are functioning properly and assisting with any change requests that need completed.

• Orders:

• Our client is looking for someone who is seasoned, been a mentor to new builders and users who are new to Epic. They are through build, through integrated testing and they're in the last stages of CCV (clinical content validation). They are 60 days from the first go live. The main campus go live is scheduled for early 2027.

• The most important thing for this Epic Orders Analyst is that this individual has the personality, communication style and experience working on a large scale implementation where they are acting as the consultant to the FTEs.

In this case, they need someone with the experience, expertise and personality to come in and be a good person to support them through go live. What will stand out: updated certs, relatively recent full cycle implementation experience. Ideally someone who's been through a full implementation in the last 2-3 years. They also would prefer people who have been consulting and isn't leaving a full-time position. Travel schedule: on average with their entire team travels once a month. That's the general standard. During go live events, they are there for 2 weeks providing support. For orders, admin conversion might be an area where they need someone on-site more than average. They're flexible, but they would want them there sometime on Monday and then depart Thursdays. The weeks they pick can vary, but usually it's like the 3rd week of each month.
