Job Description

Join a Pioneering Leader in Radiopharmaceutical Innovation as their Head of Clinical Affairs Are you passionate about advancing groundbreaking therapies in oncology and radiopharmaceuticals? Do you possess cross-functional expertise in clinical science, quality, pharmacovigilance, and biometrics, with a deep understanding of radiopharmaceutical sciences? If so, this is your opportunity to lead the clinical development strategy for a revolutionary company dedicated to transforming cancer treatment. Based either in EMEA or the US, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of targeted radioligand therapy (RLT) and setting the foundation for clinical success on a global scale. As Head of Clinical Affairs, you will be at the forefront of generating and interpreting clinical data that drives regulatory submissions, supports clinical decision-making, and advances innovative therapies targeting solid tumors. Your leadership will ensure scientific rigor and excellence across all clinical documentation and strategies, fostering collaboration across functions and guiding the company through the next phase of clinical development.
What You'll Bring:
Extensive experience in clinical pharmacology, biostatistics, or related sciences, especially within biotech/pharma environments Proven track record authoring and updating ICH-compliant documents such as investigator brochures, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports Strong understanding of radiopharmaceuticals-focusing on radionuclide decay, biodistribution, and therapeutic efficacy Exceptional scientific writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to translate complex RLT data into strategic insights Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and complex project management
Additional Skills That Boost Your Profile:
Experience with positron emission tomography (PET) imaging, dosimetry, or radiobiology Knowledge of alpha/beta emitters and ligand targeting agents Proficiency with data visualization tools such as R or GraphPad Prior involvement in early-stage or regenerative medicine clinical programs
Preferred Education & Experience:
PhD in life sciences, PharmD, or MD with a focus on clinical pharmacology or related disciplines 8+ years of relevant experience in clinical science, medical writing, or related roles within biotech or pharmaceutical companies Hands-on experience in oncology or radiopharmaceutical development, especially targeting solid tumors
