Job Summary:
As the EPIC Ambulatory Principal Trainer, you are responsible for training the user community on Epic applications and you serve as the expert on Epic clinical applications and associated ProMedica clinical or operational workflows. You will build, test and maintain the training technical environment as well as create and maintain high-quality training materials. You will also coordinate super users training for the application. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.
Salary Range:
$32,240- $88,296 REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Skills :
Strong computer skills and a technical aptitude are necessary. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries; requires effective self-motivation and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate a dynamic presentation style, professionalism, and trouble-shooting capabilities. Display a personal passion for educating others; create an engaging learning environment and enhance the end user learning experience through creativity, enthusiasm, and high energy.

2 years of relevant experience
Certification :
Must earn certification requirements within 3 months of completing the first Epic class within designated Epic application.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in education, information technology, business, or related field.
Skills :
Experience with providing education to adult learners. Experience with providing computer-based learning. Knowledge of health care operations. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Years of Experience :
3-5 years' experience in the role of an educator in industry and/or academic settings.
Certification :
Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer certification
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands:
Must be able to occasionally move, lift and/or carry medium-weight objects and materials. This is a remote position; however, employment is limited to residents of certain U.S. states due to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
