Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Rate Case Coordinator to support regulatory and case management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical documentation, administering department tools and applications, generating reports, and providing user support and training. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Strong organizational and communication abilities Key Responsibilities Perform document posting and maintenance within the WebDocs application. Additional Responsibilities Serve as a cNet Administrator (Regulatory Compliance Management Tool). Serve as a gNet Administrator (Case Management Governance Tool). Administer and maintain SharePoint sites and related resources. Support the identification, testing, and implementation of system and application enhancements. Assist in documenting departmental processes, procedures, and user guidance materials. Prepare, coordinate, and distribute regular and ad hoc operational reports and performance metrics. Provide training and support for new and existing users of department systems and tools. Act as a subject matter expert for department and enterprise applications. Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support department objectives and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience working with document management systems, SharePoint, or similar enterprise applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in regulatory, compliance, utility, or case management environments is a plus. #MC1
