Epic Cross-Certified Stork & Reporting Analyst 6 Month Engagement Remote Supporting EST No C2C/No 3rd Parties Job Description We are seeking an experienced Epic Stork Application Analyst with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, and advanced Epic build to support a large healthcare organization's Epic environment. This role will play a critical part in optimizing reporting capabilities, supporting operational and clinical workflows, and enhancing decision-making through advanced Epic configuration and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within Epic Stork and a strong understanding of Reporting Workbench, dashboards, complex rules, and event-driven workflows within Epic. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Epic dashboards and Reporting Workbench reports to support operational, clinical, and leadership reporting needs Develop and optimize Reporting Workbench metrics, filters, components, and report templates Configure and maintain OurPractice Advisories (OPA) to support clinical workflow optimization and provider guidance Build and support Epic flowsheets, including data capture and workflow alignment Develop and maintain complex Epic rules and logic to support automation, alerts, workflows, and reporting initiatives Configure and maintain Epic event build to support workflow triggers and downstream reporting functionality Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Epic solutions Participate in testing, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities across the Epic environment Support ongoing enhancement initiatives, upgrades, and operational maintenance activities Ensure documentation, change management, and build standards are maintained in accordance with organizational governance Qualifications Epic Stork certification required Strong experience with Reporting Workbench and Epic dashboard development required Experience building and supporting: OurPractice Advisories (OPA) Flowsheets Complex Rules Event Build Demonstrated understanding of Epic clinical workflows and reporting architecture Experience working within integrated healthcare delivery environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and operational teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Additional Epic certifications preferred Experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations, optimizations, or upgrades Familiarity with operational and clinical reporting strategies within women's health and inpatient workflows Experience with Epic analytics and workflow optimization initiatives
