100 Hospital Drive, Hendersonville, NC (Hybrid)Shift:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm- Engages in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and enhance job-related knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Collaborates with others to deliver highly effective training and support to all levels of team members.
- Deploys a wide variety of training methods, reimagining creative and innovative tools, techniques, and approaches to achieve excellent comprehension, proficiency, and performance results from team members.
- Delivers onboarding, training, go-live support, and develops continuous improvement strategies for new department acquisitions and new Providers.
- Participates in strategy, delivery, and implementation efforts of regional and enterprise wide operational projects.
- Applies critical thinking and independent judgment to identify, analyze, and resolve problems effectively, making sound decisions within the scope of responsibilities.
- Actively participates in best practice sustainment efforts through solution development, implementation, activation, and post go-live support.
- Analyzes learning needs and identifies knowledge gaps to ensure success of the training.
- Regularly assesses training needs through on-site visits, operational performance analytics, job and process analyses, and other metrics.
- Provides mentoring and coaching to Training Analyst I team members by offering guidance, feedback, and support to foster skill development, knowledge growth, and successful performance in alignment with enterprise goals.
- Coordinates training programs and ensures proper training is assigned to team members before EHR access is granted.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Has extensive EHR implementation and training experience. [Required]
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of adult learning styles and training delivery in support of physician practice operations. [Required]
- Ability to identify education and training needs in a healthcare setting and actively participate in program optimization activities. [Required]
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of developing, coordinating, and implementing various training methods and techniques. [Required]
- Actively assesses staff support needs to plan, develop, coordinator, monitor and evaluate training within an ambulatory healthcare environment. [Required]
- Ability to lead the development and delivery of effective training presentations and resources. [Required]
- Knowledge of quality reporting and physician practice regulatory programs (e.g., HEDIS, MIPS). [Required]
- Displays advanced knowledge and skills necessary to deliver quality educational instruction to all levels of staff (including external agencies) in a clear and concise manner. [Required]
- Shows advanced level of communication skills (verbally and in writing) with all levels of employees, facilitate group processes and change. [Required]
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills. [Required]
- Demonstrates strong conflict resolution and customer relation skills. [Required]
- Excels at prioritization and coordination of multiple projects. [Required]
- Communicates strong understanding of applicable policies and procedures. [Required]
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge in healthcare operations, information technology, revenue cycle, physician practice operations, clinical operations, nursing workflow, physician workflow, compliance practices, and medical information management. [Required]
- Experienced in all Microsoft Office applications. [Required]
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation. [Required]
- Experience in process mapping and process mapping tools (Microsoft Visio) [Preferred]

- Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
N/A Work Experience:
- 2+ physician practice operations or highly relevant experience [Required]
- Prior Epic experience or Credentialed Trainer Certification [Preferred]
