Epic Application System Principal Trainer
II - ASAP
Epic ASAP Application System Principal Trainer II- IT Care Connect IP Support Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together
  • Work location: Texas Health Resources, 612 E. Lamar Blvd, Arlington, Texas 76011 (Primarily Remote) Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week.   • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (Preferred)
  • 4 years of relevant work experience with no degree (Required) Or,
  • 2 years or relevant experience with an Associate's degree (Required) Or,
  • 1 year of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Epic ASAP Certification (Preferred)
  • Epic Principal Trainer experience (Highly Preferred) What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain application training environments including developing training scenarios, functionality design, building test patient and user profiles, validating test user security
  • Design and develop training curriculum for upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Determine appropriate methodologies used for training deployment
  • Provides coordination for training and user support for go-lives and upgrades
