Contract Position Overview A leading hospital is seeking an experienced Epic Stork Analyst to support obstetrics and perinatal systems within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Stork modules, ensuring efficient workflows across labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, and postpartum documentation. Key Responsibilities Configure, build, and maintain Epic Stork modules Support obstetrics workflows, including labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, and postpartum documentation Collaborate with OB/GYN providers, nursing staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements Optimize workflows to improve clinical efficiency and patient care Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Troubleshoot system issues and workflow inefficiencies Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and go-live support Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows Provide ongoing support and training to end users Required Qualifications Epic Stork Certification (required) 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Stork or obstetrics systems Strong understanding of obstetrics workflows, including labor and delivery and fetal monitoring Experience with system build, configuration, and testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in hospital or large healthcare environments Familiarity with perinatal documentation standards and regulatory requirements Experience supporting Epic upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
