This is a full-time, Hybrid position with salary and benefits. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and compliance within a home health setting. Responsibilities Schedule patient visits and coordinate care. Run EMR reports to ensure proper visit types and frequencies are accurately plotted. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Participate in on-call rotation (one weekend per month). Enter new patients into EMR system and set up intake files. Verify patient benefits and create patient care threads. Submit authorizations as required to support patient care. Qualifications 1-2 years minimum experience in a home health office setting. Proficiency with Kinnser (WellSky) EMR. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of compliance requirements in a healthcare environment. Compensation & Benefits $55,000 annual salary. Health benefits package. Full-time, Hybrid with opportunity for growth.
