South Texas General Responsibilities:
Provides educational expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the development of Epic education. Provides live or Webex new hire, upgrade and refresher training to staff. Maintains educational materials for assigned application(s).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or other work related field Experience in Epic application systems and healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships that foster optimal quality teamwork and education. Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities. Understanding and interpreting clinical and non-clinical workflows, processes, and terminology in order to translate information into educationally sound training content. Will be required to successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment test. We promptly review all applications on a daily basis and highly qualified candidates will be contacted directly for an interview.
