Job Summary:

This position operates with minimal supervision and applies defined methodologies within a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for assigned systems or applications. Responsibilities include planning, system analysis, design, application development, integration, testing, maintenance, support, and completion of assigned project work. The role may also involve leading small projects or initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications on supported platforms.

Proactively identify and resolve both basic and complex issues.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for support, maintenance, and project-related activities.

Follow incident and change management processes in alignment with service level agreements.

Prepare and maintain system documentation to support troubleshooting, disaster recovery, core initiatives, and cross-training.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

Participate in on-call rotations and appropriately route or escalate support tickets.

Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements.

Apply project management methodologies and tools as required.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementation and/or support of an electronic health record (EHR) application.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with computer systems and principles.

Certification & Licensure:

Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification required
