We are looking for experienced laboratory sales professionals to join our growing team and help expand our presence across Arkansas.
Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned Laboratory Account Manager/Sales Representative with expertise in infectious disease and an established book of business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our product line within hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market penetration in your assigned territory. Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Present and promote our infectious disease products to healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and product efficacy. Stay informed about the latest developments in infectious disease treatments and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales goals and strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2+ years of successful laboratory sales experience, with a focus on infectious disease or related specialties. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Existing relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers in the infectious disease space. Strong understanding of the infectious disease market and related products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
