What You'll Do:

Lead and manage daily Quality Lab operations Oversee manufacturing procedures, batch sheets, and compliance documentation Drive food safety and quality initiatives across the facility Analyze data to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost savings Coordinate audits, shelf-life studies, and customer sample requests Manage lab budget, KPI reporting, and inventory Train, develop, and lead a team of Quality professionals Support continuous improvement, RCA investigations, and regulatory compliance Real People.
