About Us Eagleshine Group is a California-based dietary supplement manufacturing facility specializing in the production of high-quality finished products for brand owners. With a manufacturing footprint of approximately 100,000 square feet. Eagleshine is FDA registered and operates under dietary supplement cGMP principles, holding relevant state and organic certifications. The company is actively investing in continuous improvement, including expanded production lines, in-house laboratory capabilities, and advanced quality systems to support future growth and regulatory readiness. About the Role We are seeking an in-house lab manager. The In-House Laboratory Manager is responsible for establishing, operating, and continuously improving the internal laboratory at a dietary supplement manufacturing facility. This role oversees microbiological testing, heavy metal testing, basic chemical/physical testing, lab equipment maintenance, method validation, and compliance with FDA cGMP (21 CFR Part 111 / 117). The position also leads
ISO 17025
readiness and future accreditation planning, ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient testing to support production, release, and regulatory audits. Key Responsibilities Laboratory Operations & Management Establish and manage daily in-house lab operations for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products Develop lab workflows to support production timelines without compromising compliance Ensure proper sample receipt, labeling, chain of custody, testing, documentation, and retention Manage lab inventory, reagents, standards, media, and consumables Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments Perform routine calibration checks, maintenance logs, and minor repairs Coordinate external calibration, servicing, and qualification Documentation & cGMP Compliance Develop, review, and maintain lab SOPs, test methods, specifications, and forms Ensure all lab activities comply with 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117 Support batch release decisions with accurate, timely, and compliant lab data Prepare for and support FDA inspections, customer audits, and third-party audits

requirements Coordinate with external consultants or accreditation bodies as needed Microbiological and Heavy Metal testing Perform and/or oversee microbiological testing, including but not limited to: Total Plate Count Yeast & Mold Coliforms / E. coli Salmonella (screening or confirmation methods) Conduct or supervise heavy metal testing (e.g. Pb, As, Cd, Hg) using approved methods Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, or related field 3-5+ years of experience in a laboratory role within dietary supplements Hands-on experience with microbiological testing and heavy metal analysis Experience working under FDA cGMP regulations Prior experience with
ISO 17025
(implementation, maintenance, or audit support) strongly preferred Bilingual in English/Mandarin is highly preferred
Salary and Benefits:
