Dental Lab Operation Assistant Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Dental Lab Operation Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and support sustained growth in a fast-paced dental laboratory. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with technical expertise in dental lab processes, quality control, and client communication. Key Responsibilities, but limited to:

Operations Leadership:

Oversee daily lab operations, including production planning, workflow optimization, and capacity planning.

• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments (scanning, model work, waxing, pressing, finishing, milling, ceramic, and denture departments).

Production Planning & Scheduling:

Create achievable production schedules aligned with client deadlines and technician capacity.

Client & Partner Relations:

Act as a liaison with dental practices, laboratories, and dental laboratories' clients to ensure clear expectations, updates, and issue resolution.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

Lead initiatives to improve workflows, implement new technologies (e.g., digitization), and optimize material usage.

• Enforce data integrity and privacy in handling patient-related information.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a dental laboratory setting, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of dental restoration processes (crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, full-arch prosthetics, dentures, implants) and CAD/CAM workflows. Proven track record in operations management, process improvement, and quality assurance. Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and implement changes. Dental Lab experience required Skills/Requirements needed, but not limited to:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Salary $ 50,000 - 58,000 based on relevant experience and skill set

Pay:

$27.00 - $28.00 per hour
