Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Laboratory Supervisor to oversee our dental laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive laboratory experience combined with strong leadership abilities. In this role, you will manage the fabrication of dental prosthetics, ensure adherence to quality standards, and coordinate with clinical staff to support optimal patient outcomes. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the dental laboratory team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality production of dental restorations. Oversee the fabrication of crowns, bridges, and other prosthetic devices utilizing CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology and traditional techniques.
